MARITIME SERVICES
We offer a wide range of barge cleaning services tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Our capabilities include vapor control, high-pressure and low-pressure washes, nitrogen purging, hot and cold water washes, and gas-free certifications. We also perform barge stripping, squeegeeing, and strip-and-blow procedures. In addition, we provide minor topside repairs, such as valve replacements and barge piping, as well as barge vapor testing. Hose cleaning and testing services are also available to ensure safety and compliance.
ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE CLEANING
We prioritize environmental safety by utilizing a U.S. Coast Guard-approved Thermal Oxidizer Unit (Vapor Control Unit) to manage emissions during cleaning operations. Our team uses multiple gas detection meters to ensure strict compliance with the emission limits outlined in our TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) Permit by Rule (PBR). These measures allow us to operate responsibly while maintaining high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
CERTIFIED PERSONNEL
Our team is composed of highly trained and certified professionals equipped to handle a wide range of maritime operations safely and efficiently. Personnel hold certifications in Emergency Response Team (ERT) procedures and First Aid, ensuring preparedness in critical situations. Our staff also includes certified Persons in Charge (PIC), who oversee and coordinate operations in compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, team members are trained in Confined Space Entry and Rescue, with specialized expertise in navigating high-risk environments. All field personnel maintain 40-hour HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response) certifications, underscoring our commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
BARGE STRIPPING
For companies that do not require full barge cleaning, we offer specialized Barge Stripping services. This process focuses on the removal of the Remaining on Board (ROB) product. Recovered materials are transferred to our chemical distribution division, where they are repurposed for use in industrial applications—supporting both sustainability and operational efficiency.
