Allen began laying the foundation for K-Solv’s maritime services vision in 1997, formulating a concept that would ultimately evolve into a cornerstone of the company’s operations. By 2001, that vision came to life with the establishment of K-Solv’s dedicated maritime dock site—an integral facility that continues to operate to this day.

From 2008 to 2016, the Channelview site underwent significant enhancements, including expanded office and warehouse space, as well as major upgrades to the maritime dock itself. These improvements prioritized both operational efficiency and environmental responsibility, incorporating advanced safeguards and modern features. While the original vision remains intact, today’s facility is a highly enhanced version of what Allen first set in motion—and it now proudly serves as the central hub for K-Solv’s maritime services.
